Pipeline pump maintenance, please note the following knowledge

Key points for rapid maintenance of pipeline pump:
1) every 500 hours of operation, should release the sealing plug seat, out of residual oil cavity with a syringe; added to the sealed cavity qualified 20 mechanical oil to the cavity half of the volume (add the appropriate method: the oil quantity of running pumps, oil can not smoke outside); plug tight to prevent leakage occurred.
2) it is found that the motor mechanical noise increases and the temperature rise of the bearing is abnormal, and the lubrication condition of the motor bearing should be checked. Such as grease discoloration, dirty should be replaced in a timely manner.
3) when there is leakage sealing seat, you can release the sealed plug seat, running pumps, oil field and aviation fuel smoke flavor can be determined: mechanical seal failure. Stop using the pipeline pump for quick replacement of mechanical seals.
Method for replacing failure mechanical seal with 4:
(1) table ready to place the pump parts (ground) and disassembly tool, do not leave around any indiscriminate use, so as not to damage the pump parts.
(2) confirmed before the overhaul in the electrical state; unscrew the gas plug, with Straw put the oil seal seat cavity aspiration.
(3) demolition of the fractional coupling: the first coupling of the fixed six angle screws, and then gently pull the shaft coupling half from the shaft slowly down (note not to fall off). Use plum blossom wrench shaft fasten bolt and block the impeller to the pump body slowly sink, remove the other half of the coupling, pump shaft with ring.
(4) demolition sealed block: block compress sealed screw nut and gently remove seal seat (Note: do not destroy the seat of rubber oil seal) and cleaning.
(5) removing and cleaning bearing: first gently loosen bearing seat after the demolition of the top bearing bolts, and put up along the shaft and unloaded; with jet fuel cleaning bearings and a pre loaded and dry coated with a little 20 mechanical oil lubrication protection.
(6) removal of mechanical seals: to seize the seal spring along the pump shaft to lift, you can remove.
(7) mechanical seal assembly: in the dynamic and static ring surface coated with a layer of clean 20 lubricating oil; add lubricant bearing guided, first gently positioning ring static load bearing guide; then on the pump shaft with lubricating oil, the mechanical seal ring part gently into the pump shaft on the seal ring should be retractable hand push (note that dynamic and static ring part rotation preventing part assembly in place).
(8) to install the sealing seat: the seal seat is first filled with rubber oil seal, and then the sealing seat into the pump cover and press on the bearing seat, tighten the nut.
(9): the first coupling ring on the motor shaft mounted on the head, with half of the coupling, then the pump shaft end and coupling slot is arranged on the block and plum wrench tightening bolts (lifting shaft 3~5 mm and pre-stressed mechanical seal); the other half of the coupling screw angle of six screws and then loaded on to tighten. Installation of coupling the correct inspection requirements: the fraction of the gap between the joint clearance is uniform; the number of dynamic coupling with the hand disc to check the rotation flexible.
(10) according to the point of use test run to check the replacement of mechanical seal is correct, the pump group is normal operation.
